//youtu.be/k10fBqyrN2U About the Position As Sales Manager, you’ll join the Global Sales Team in Heat/Cooling and be responsible for new project sales, after-sales, and partner sales in Canada with the goal of making Kamstrup the preferred partner to customers for both heat/cooling meters and support solutions.

This position will play a pivotal role in further developing and championing the company’s vision and broadening its reach into new markets across Canada while maintaining a strong position in its existing markets.

Your main responsibility will be to secure new projects in new Canadian Markets.

This position is based out of Ontario, Canada, and reports directly to the Vice President of Sales Heat/Cooling.

You’ll work alongside a team of dedicated colleagues who value an informal work environment based on openness, trust, and a great sense of humor.

Travel of up to 30% is to be expected.

What You’ll Be Doing More Specifically Manage new and existing sales opportunities and the sales process in the bidding and negotiation phases for large thermal energy meter projects in close collaboration with the product and bid management teams Assure bids and contracts follow legal requirements and Kamstrup’s commercial policies Define tactical planning together with sales management, for markets and opportunities in both the tender and negotiation phases Maintain strong customer relationships with assigned accounts including the development of account plans Develop and drive new project sales in new markets What We Expect from You Your Work Experience & Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Engineering or a related field Min.

5 years of technical solution selling in similar industries Robust knowledge and understanding of thermal energy meter solutions Proven track record of delivering successful results effectively in long-term sales processes and projects Experience bidding and negotiating large complex projects is a plus Experience working for an international company is a plus Your Skills, Traits & Style:
