At the core of the role is the need to apply economic analysis to property.
The main responsibilities include:
producing regular written analysis, from quick responses to detailed thematic research; shaping our property views, using our latest economic forecasts; presenting our analysis and forecasts in dashboards, podcasts and webinars; identifying the key risks for property; maintaining and improving our in-house data sets.

Requirements Core requirements to be successful in the role include:
a good undergraduate degree in economics or related subject; some previous experience as an economic or property analyst; an ability to analyse data and identify trends; a facility for logical thinking and coherent argument; an ability to communicate in clear written English; a willingness to critically assess other views.
A background interest in investment, finance and in commercial or residential property is also beneficial.
