Provide strategic consultation to internal customers in defining or designing data frameworks and key reporting outputs.
Partner with key marketing stakeholders to deliver insight & analysis on agreed marketing KPIs.
Develop and provide effective business solutions through research and analysis of data and current business processes.
Identify and implement process improvements and automation to simplify the reporting workstream.
Building, developing, mentoring, and training a high performing team of business & reporting analysts.
Manage the validation process for analytics & reporting, ensure accuracy of deliverables and develop action plans to address any issues.
Deliver outputs based on approved cadence by ensuring timely, accurate and thorough communication of analysis to key stakeholders.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
8+ years of progressive experience in marketing operations or related roles.
Creative thinker able to generate new ideas and concepts, able to manage several concurrent projects within a high energy, fast paced and evolving environment.
Demonstrated leadership and strategic planning skills.
Expertise in analytics, technology, and cross-functional collaboration.
Extensive knowledge of marketing & sales technologies including SFDC, Eloqua, Pardot, Full Circle, etc.
Expertise in programming languages and tools such as SQL (temporary tables, procedures, etc.), Power Query and DAX including how these tools can be leveraged to solve business problems.
Knowledge of Python and R are a nice to have.
Data visualization experience with tools such as PowerBI and Tableau, creating dashboards and presenting data through reports.
