Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Product Management teams to align Marketing and Sales efforts with overall ABC Fitness objectives, by focusing on driving new business and increasing retention through improved visibility into new innovations and related marketing and sales performance expectations.Lead and scale our Global Marketing & Sales Infrastructure through the use of our best in class applications (SFDC, Marketo, Hubspot, etc.) to create a reliable “single source of truth” for ABC Fitness holistically.Keep leadership apprised of emerging trends to drive marketing & sales excellence, presenting analysis of opportunities and risks, and sharing competitive market information to guide organization to success.Marketing Operations:

Manage all aspects of marketing operations to ensure marketing teams are working efficiently by managing and implementing cadences and technology for how we “do marketing” such as Marketo and Hubspot, as well how we “run marketing”, analytics reporting tools and project management.Partner with internal marketing teams to design and optimize scalable processes to increase the effectiveness of demand marketing activities and bring demand generation campaigns to life across all ABC Fitness platforms.

Support marketers in running their day-to-day operations:

list uploads, system troubleshooting, process changes, campaign report generation etc.

Streamline Marketing Operations by building processes and documentation, and maintain standardized operating procedures to ensure best practices for campaign execution, lead and account data management, account prioritization, and efficient sales follow up (SLAs).Assist CMO in the annual planning process to help ensure the most effective growth programs strategy is implemented Sales Operations:

Help increase sales productivity globally by supporting strategic deal closures, and through the creation and delivery of marketing and sales performance reports and insights focused on:

consistent visibility in sales funnels for each of ABC’s 4 platforms, marketing efficiency & effectiveness and new customer acquisition, sales forecasting and related sales organization, and support strategic deal closures.

performance in total, by channel and down to individual rep level with requisite KPI’s.Work closely with Sales leaders across all platforms to drive the ongoing transformation of the sales process & sales capability by improving existing processes, and establishing new processes required to scale.Keep leadership apprised of emerging trends to drive marketing & sales excellence, understand presenting opportunities and risks, share competitive market information, guide organization to success, and support strategic deal closures.Create and manage Sales Compensation Plans and assist in setting Sales quotas to incentivize right sales behavior and motion.WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

15+ years' related experience and 10+ years as a Marketing & Sales Operations Leader, including prior experience in a demand generation and direct sales organizations.Strong knowledge of B2B2C Marketing & Sales practices with a proven ability to establish trusted business relationships across business units, gain consensus, and drive action.Experience serving as a pivotal force in shaping and improving both the efficiency and effectiveness of Marketing & Sales operations.Results-oriented leader with excellent business vision and strategic thinking and a proven track
- record of solving complex problems.Excellent verbal & written communication skills with demonstrated ability to convey complex concepts and data in an accessible and compelling way.Highly results oriented, customer focused and exhibits excellent interpersonal skills.Highly collaborative and a deep ability to influence stakeholders while navigating a matrixed organization and the ability to strategically prioritize output and resources.Experience with Salesforce.com, Marketo, HubSpot etc.

Salaries are based upon candidate experience, qualifications, and location, as well as market and business considerations. Our pay range for U.S.

based candidates for this position is $150,000-$190,000 USD annually.
