Responsibilities (Text Only)
- Develop and execute in a day (IAD) program strategies, including defining goals, scale, and budget.


- Lead the end-to-end program execution, collaborating with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Product Management, Marketing, Global Demand Center (GDC), Platform Ops to align on program goals, deliverables and timelines.


- Define partner requirements and criteria, including recruitment and onboarding of new program partners.


- Manage a vendor team of Program Managers (PM) responsible for program operations.


- Drive Monthly Business Review content.


- Communicate program value proposition and benefits to internal and external audiences.


- Drive program adoption and growth by identifying and addressing partner feedback and highlighting insights/opportunities.


- Communicate program status and risks to stakeholders and leadership.

Qualifications (Text Only) Required/Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field AND 5+ years experience in relevant technical domain (e.g., cloud services, security), technical sales, marketing, product management, customer support, or cross-group/cross-functional engineering.


- OR equivalent experience.


- Experience in executing global events campaign.


- Experience in managing groups/teams.

Other Requirements Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role.

These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:

Microsoft Cloud Background Check:


- This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

Additional or Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field AND 8+ years experience in relevant technical domain (e.g., cloud services, security), technical sales, marketing, product management, customer support, or cross-group/cross-functional engineering.


- OR equivalent experience
- 1+ year(s) experience working in a complex, matrixed organization.

Partner Enablement Program Management IC4
- The typical base pay range for this role across Canada is CAD $104,000
- CAD $193,200 per year.
