Job Summary:
The ResidentialMortgageAdvisor will specialize in residentialmortgages and will be responsible for bringing in new business through new channels.
This person will be on the road some days, visiting clients and securing new business.
The ideal candidate will be able to identify opportunities, build relationships, and develop new business channels while maintaining existing ones.
If you speak Hindi/Punjabi, this is considered a very strong asset.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and develop new business channels for residentialmortgages • Meet with potential clients to discuss their mortgage needs and provide appropriate solutions • Generate leads through networking and building relationships • Provide exceptional customer service to clients throughout the mortgage process • Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals • Keep up-to-date on industry trends and changes to mortgage regulations • Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs • Participate in team meetings and training sessions Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in residentialmortgage sales • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Must be organized, self-motivated and have strong time-management skills • Must have a valid driver's license and access to a vehicle • Ability to speak Punjabi (considered an asset) Our client offers a competitive compensation package including a base salary, commission/bonus, and benefits.
