Job Requirements · Able to work independently in a senior role on a diverse range of tasks and provides leadership, coaching and education for team members and stakeholders in Dynatrace · Provides application analysis to identify and recommend opportunities to enhance monitoring effectiveness with a focus on proactive awareness · Instrumental in all phases of the planning process for Dynatrace and Datadog implementation · Recommends and drives tool customization to meet the application's requirements · Establishes and maintains BAU processes to support team activities · Responsible for capacity planning to support USTS applications · Responsible for post Dynatrace implementation follow-up to ensure expectations and value are obtained · Engages with project teams to ensure optimal monitoring is included in the planning process · Partners with various teams in coordinating and supporting Dynatrace implementation · Identifies metrics to measure and report on the success of Dynatrace monitoring effort · Participate in an established Forum to provide opportunities for stakeholder teams to learn and share experiences with Dynatrace · Participate in continuous improvement initiatives related to application monitoring to enhance client service, efficiency, and reliability · Responsible for the management of APM (application performance monitoring) tool – Dynatrace and Datadog implementations.

· Supports automation efforts in auto-ticketing, auto-repair via the monitoring tools · Partner with the other teams in understanding chronic application outage situations that require priority in monitoring improvements · Instrumental in the design of monitoring and reporting dashboards and custom alerting · Establishes partnerships with cross functional teams to understand future tool trends, roadmaps and impact; identifies solutions prior to impact Roles and Responsibilities:

· 3 year minimum experience with hands-on implementation of Dynatrace APM tool.

· Experience in leveraging Dynatrace for operational purposes – Driving Incident resolution, Root Cause Analysis.

· 7 year minimum of system and application monitoring experience · Working knowledge with Datadog · Proficiency with MS Office product suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.) SQL skills are a plus · Thorough knowledge of OS technologies
- Windows and Linux.

· Familiarity with AI Ops Platforms is a plus – IBM Watson · Working knowledge of distributed server environments, platforms · Working knowledge of private and public(Azure) cloud environments · Basic understanding of datacomm technologies, e.g.

Local Area Networks, Wide Area Networks, Firewalls, etc.

· Comfortable working in a rapidly changing technical environment and priority shifts · Working knowledge of middleware technologies (Jboss, Websphere, NodeJS) and web server technologies (IHS, Tomcat, IIS and Apache) · Proficiency in script languages · Ability to perform multiple tasks, juggle and seamlessly shift high priorities in a fast-paced dynamic environment · Ability to analyze different components of the infrastructure and application environments during Incident triage calls.

· Aptitude to influence other technical teams on incident calls by leveraging Dynatrace and articulate troubleshooting steps effectively.

· Provide input into strategies, capabilities and integrations to improve the availability and performance of production applications.

· Must be a self-starter capable of working with minimal guidance · Lead efforts capturing reporting requirements, develop system performance, capacity and key business transactions reports/dashboards by leveraging approved tools and processes to maintain operational availability of delivered solutions · Dynatrace certification is preferred.

· Mandatory qualifications include excellent communication (both written and oral) and interpersonal skills.

Aptitude to multi-task and work well in a high stress environment, both within teams and independently and be able to participate in the knowledge transfer of information with peers and management.
