This position is based in Winnipeg, MB.
For this position, the salary range is from $60,000 - $70,000 annually (dependent on experience).Key Responsibilities Lead the monitoring and collections of accounts receivableCoordinate with the operations team to identify problem areas and clear roadblocks to cash collectionsDevelop relationships and liaison with customers to manage payment timing and barriers to collectionReport monthly to senior finance team on status of collections, successes, and areas for improvement and automationCollaborate with the Manager to develop metrics to define and monitor success of collections effortsReview customer invoicing based off contract parameters and activity inputs in collaboration with operations teamMaintain and update customer recordsAdditional full-cycle accounting functions as required Advantages and Employee Development Opportunity to work with a dynamic organization with established processes and systemsPotential for advancement within the department and CompanyAbility to learn and develop from established finance professionalsStrong company culture, positive company environment and ability to participate in employee share purchase program Qualifications 3+ years’ experience in receivables collections processes is preferredExperience in a collaborative environment and demonstrates effective time management skillsStrong written and verbal communication skills to provide excellent customer serviceExperience with Microsoft Great Plains, spreadsheet and database applications is considered an assetWillingness to learn, grow and develop in the role and into the future Note:
