Manifesting passengers prior to boarding through the computer system.Shipping and receiving cargo, including on scheduled and charted flight services.Maintaining incoming and outgoing documents to meet regulatory and company requirements.Assisting the pilots in loading, unloading, sorting, and routing cargo and baggage while updating the computer tracking system as necessary.Processing payment transactions for any tickets or freight processed over the counter.Delivering and picking up mail or any other times that need transport in accordance with Canada Post contractual requirements and operational demands.Updating daily traffic/loads and ensuring all cargo or bookings are completed in a timely manner and prior to travel.Submitting an accurate daily sales report to the accounting department.Completing a comprehensive document check to ensure that passengers are manifested correctly and freight (including excess baggage information) is correctly weighted, documented, and tagged.General administrative duties (i.e.
