At the ENMAX group of companies, we look for energy solutions for today, while knowing we have the power to provide for a better tomorrow.As the Contract Governance Specialist, you will develop the governance and administrative structure for the Billing and Customer Care contract between ENMAX Energy and the City of Calgary.

The role requires someone with a high level of tact and business acumen that can effectively manage this strategic partnership.Major Responsibilities:

Develop, maintain, and implement a comprehensive contract management and governance system, ensuring accurate documentation, version control, and accessibility.Collaborate with key stakeholders to address contract-related issues.Monitor and evaluate contract performance and strategic plans, providing insights for continuous improvement.Partner with ENMAX Energy Leadership to clearly communicate deliverables and timelines to ensure service levels are met.Responsible to monitor the completion of the services outlined in the detailed statement of work to the performance level specified, as well as package and deliver the outcomes regularly to ENMAX Energy and The City of Calgary Leadership.Provide root cause analysis on systemic issues and provide recommendations for resolution to monitor successful completion of continuous improvement action plans.Through the various inputs of governance within the contract, collect and address strategic issues and gaps hindering ENMAX Energy from meeting commitments as well as gaps in performance by The City, providing recommendations and a schedule of activities as remediation.Facilitate and lead annual work planning between both organizations.Lead annual updates to the Statement of Work, including negotiating cost adjustments.Education Required:

Degree or diploma preferred in Business, Communications, or other related area.Qualifications & Experience:

7 years’ related experience with a strong background in program or project management.Proven expertise working with complex contracts demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of terms and conditions.Strong business and financial acumen.Competencies:

This role will be part of our hybrid (home and office) work force with office workspace located at ENMAX Place (141
- 50th Avenue SE, Calgary, AB).

You will work from home on Mondays and Fridays and in the office on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.Note:
