You will be responsible for providing effective consultation and action driven recommendations to stakeholders that drive their portfolio forward and achieve their business objectives.

To do so, you will leverage your strong business acumen, partner management skills, and compelling storytelling abilities.

While this position will focus on analytics for the Partner-Sourced Value (PSV), Travel, Lifestyle and Dining teams, it will build and leverage broad enterprise knowledge across multiple disciplinaries.

Responsibilities Conduct initial consultation with stakeholders to understand their business needs, assess the specifications of their request, and recommend appropriate solutions when necessary.Design the project and analysis while leveraging business frameworks that fit the project need.

Concisely communicate the scope and analysis design in an easy-to-understand format for stakeholders to review and ensure alignment is achieved.Utilize broad set of analytical tools/techniques for data extraction, transformation and visualization.Conduct analysis to uncover insights, diagnose root problems, and identify business solutions.Create concise and compelling presentations that highlight key findings and implications, leading into logical and actionable recommendations.Present findings and recommendations to merchant partners, internal stakeholders and senior leadership team.Lead audit and data analysis to define prospective partnership opportunities with new and existing merchants, generating insights and forecasts for external proposals.Maintain and optimize a variety of measurement dashboards for the Benefit, Loyalty and Partnership teams to track progress toward KPIs, budget and strategic partner objectives.Conduct post-campaign analysis and develop case studies to help drive adoption of scalable solutions across the organization.

Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Data & Analytics, or Statistics preferred.2-3 years of experience in marketing or analytics Key SkillsTechnical Intermediate Excel skills, (Excel functions, Pivot tables, built-in visual functions, standard short cuts) Advanced PowerPoint skills, with emphasis on effective data visualizationBasic understanding of SQL, Cornerstone capabilities and available closed loop dataAbility to troubleshoot and resolve basic technical issues independently leveraging existing resources (existing documentation, training modules, online resources) Business Acumen Understanding of the product-level benefit suite, associated economics and KPIs.Knowledge of available partnership opportunities for prospective merchant partnersKnowledge of overall business priorities locally and within international ICS key strategic pillars, financial targets, and enterprise KPIs)Ability to apply various business case frameworks for solving standard business questionsAbility to read and dissect a P&L statement.Knowledge of basic financial principles (cash flow, time value of money, risk and return)Broad enterprise knowledge of each organization, portfolio, and unit with a clear picture of the role they play in driving enterprise goals Intrinsic Excellent problem-solving capabilities and operational excellence in a dynamic environmentStrong analytical mindset with the ability to breakdown complex problems into manageable sectionsCreative and innovative – always looking for ways to improve an existing processProven ability to prioritize and adjust quickly to shifting priorities while delivering quality workComfortable with ambiguityFast learner and intellectually curiousStrong relationship building and presentation skillsStrong work ethic with a driven will-to-win We back our colleagues and their loved ones with benefits and programs that support their holistic well-being.
