The incumbent provides information and communicates with prospective students, applicants, guidance counsellors, parents, faculty, and college administrators regarding a broad range of admissions related question/topics.
The incumbent provides leadership and training to a designated work group, as well as provides support to the College’s recruitment and admissions efforts by attending events and delivering information sessions on and off-campus.

QualificationsWhat you bring to the role:
Education The successful candidate will possess a 4-year degree or equivalent in Public Relations, Marketing, Education, Business, or in a related field.
Experience The incumbent will have a minimum of 3-years progressive work experience.
The incumbent should demonstrate the following:
Thorough knowledge of the secondary school, college and university system.
In addition, some knowledge of the educational systems of other provinces and countries.
Skills Strong judgment, analytical and problem-solving skills Superior communication skills with the ability to explain complex processes Leadership skills and the ability to work independently Ability to train and motivate a team Excellent organizational skills and presentation skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to develop proficiency within the student information system.
