The successful candidate will work closely with department leadership to ensure company processes are followed.What you'll do:

Be a contact for colleagues on company processes, forms, and resourcesBe responsible for basic accounting duties – payroll, accounts payable, supplies, and other financialsBe proactive in the recruitment cycle of new hires – job postings, onboarding, and orientationsBe diligent in maintaining employee database to ensure accurate informationBe accountable for office duties as indicated by Store ManagerBuilding and leading diverse teams that foster a workplace of inclusiveness and belongingHelp plan, execute, and champion store colleague events when they ariseHelp plan and monitor labour and scheduling forecasting in store to align with company standardsAdditional store operations tasks as assigned by store managerWhat you’ll bring:
