The Senior Auditor will conduct Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) testing across key financial, operational, and compliance process areas that support the OpenText business.
This position will work with management and key control owners across various business functions within the organization to coordinate and evaluate management’s performance of test of design (TOD) and test of effectiveness (ToE) of SOX related control activities.
You Are Great:
Develop and execute detailed work plans/test scripts to conclude on the operating effectiveness of key SOX controls.
Develop and maintain positive work relationships with control owners and other key members of management across various business functions and levels.
Assist external auditors with the quarterly evidence collection and follow-up.
Good analytic, troubleshooting and problem solving Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work alone with minimal supervision effectively and efficiently Resourceful in knowing how to research problems and find information or documentation on related topics.
What It Takes:
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in accounting or business-related field.
Minimum 3 years of internal or external audit experience, comprising of previous SOX experience in public accounting, consulting, or corporate internal audit.
