We are seeking a ProjectManager to join our Customer Success team within Custody in the US, based in New York City.WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Ensure all projects are delivered on time within the stipulated scope and budgetLead the initiation and planning of a project and ensure technical feasibilityEnsure resource availability and allocationDevelop a detailed plan to monitor and track the progress of the projectCoordinate with internal and external parties for the flawless execution of projectsManage relationships between clients and stakeholdersMeasure project performance using appropriate project management toolsPerform risk management analysis to reduce project risksReport and escalate to upper management as and when neededCreate and maintain a comprehensive project documentation WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
8+ years’ relevant experience facing internal or external customers in a Project management functionKnowledge of the crypto/blockchain domain is a significant advantageExperience in the banking sector is a significant advantageWillingness to travel as required by client and company engagementsA solid understanding of business cases and risk management processesProven self-management and team-management skillsAbility to monitor and control project budgetsCapability to make decisions under pressureExcellent written and speaking level of English Excellent written and speaking level of Spanish is a huge plus.Working written and speaking level of Portuguese is a plus.
