He/she also participates in the development and integration of new ways of delivering BDC advisoryservices.
He/she acts as an integrator in the development and optimization of solutions, having a transversal and innovative character.
He/she makes recommendations for complex and varied solutions, from the development phase to the market.
These require a comprehensive and in-depth analysis and understanding of business issues, the market, the functioning of advisoryservices and the organization.
He/she provides expert support to resources and stakeholders, including delivery teams, business development, strategy, initiatives, marketing, training, etc.He/she acts as an expert in content, processes, governance and exercises an influential role with management, bodies and work teams.
He/she works with professionals and stakeholders working in a variety of areas of expertise to mobilize the resources required to deliver the expected results.He/she is responsible for planning, organizing, optimizing and contributing to the execution of multiple solution development projects simultaneously.
He/she manages all the risks, deliverables and desired results of these projects and ensures their proper execution.CHALLENGES TO BE METContribute to the AdvisoryServices strategy by participating in the development and optimization of solutions in accordance with BDC's current offer to its clients. Offer expertise to Senior Solution Development Advisors in their portfolio management.Ensure that all AdvisoryServices offerings are well designed (solution architecture, programs and customer journeys, including the integration of content into all pillars to increase synergy and alignment within the company).Participate in the continuous improvement of our processes of development, optimization and management of advisorysolutions.Work collaboratively with other BDC and AdvisoryServices groups to ensure adequate project management and stakeholder coordination to improve market positioning, pricing strategy and performance management with respect to the development of the sales plan, key marketing messages and positioning, the launch of solutions and marketing campaigns (after launch).Supervise and track the delivery of solution development projects by leading all required activities.Recommend the renewal, adjustment, launch and/or withdrawal of a solution.
