The person must have experience in Google Analytics 360, Tealium (SDK and application), and Firebase SDK, bringing its data to the enterprise and reporting on it through Microsoft Power BI.CHALLENGES TO BE METSupport business stakeholders in translating objectives, key results, and reporting requirements into achievable metrics and data requirements or supports the analytics translator to ensure feasibility.Develop Measurement Plan based on requirements.
Validate with stakeholders (e.g.:
Product Owners, Product Managers, CX, etc.) to get to an agreed-upon prioritization and plan.Gain approval of the Mobile Application analytics artifacts with the enterprise tagging and taxonomy standards and references.Build familiarity with enterprise data schemas to integrate new data at the right place and facilitate reporting by analysts.Select the most effective data capture and storage routes (e.g.:
back-end, front-end, etc.) and develop technical implementation guide with the right development team (mobile or BI).
Prioritize work into releases with the PO.If front end, configure tag management system (Tealium) to track as per the measurement plan.Develop and perform Quality Assurance check lists on data capture and reporting.Manage activities and tasks from planning to delivery.Take ownership of work and collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, IT, corporate programs) to ensure well-communicated and prompt delivery.Actively take part in planning, status, and governance sessions.WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR5 to 7 years of relevant work experience in web or mobile application development or analytics.At least 2 years of experience working with tag management systems (e.g., Adobe Launch, Ensighten, Tealium, etc.) and implementing digitalanalytics tracking solutions.Experience with web analytics, digital data and their ingestion, transformation, and reporting or/and with mobile app analytics using Google Analytics or equivalent.Experience in a large organization (over 1,000 people at head office).Bachelor’s degree or experience in Analytics, Management of Information Systems, Computer Sciences, Engineering or E-Commerce.Experience in developing analytics tagging architectures, creating technical specification documents, and working with front end development teams to implement analytics tracking solutions.Knowledge on how to build analytics solution designs (SDRs), tagging plans, and implementation guides.Experience in implementing/troubleshooting/deploying Google 360, and/or 3rd party marketing tags using a tag manager system.Experience with Google Analytics 360, Tealium, Firebase SDK, and mobile app analytics platforms.Developed and managed implementation projects and their properties in tag managers; designs initiatives to improve processes, analysis, and reporting (e.g., data layer, JavaScript libraries, etc.).Experience with visualization methods and dashboard tools or modern business intelligence tools (e.g., Microsoft Power BI).Ability to aggregate, standardize, interpret, and model data, and to work independently within a data mart or database and familiarity with database queries in an enterprise context (i.e.:
