 You will make sure your initiatives are connected to BDC’s renewed ambition, to our culture and expected behaviours.You will also contribute to the design and deployment of strategies targeted at other capability building and development of organisational competencies and skills.

As a subject matter expert in learning and development, you will also be called upon to participate in interventions and facilitate various development initiatives.

 CHALLENGES TO BE MET Proactively enhance our current sales onboarding and training offering by actively contributing to the needs analysis, design, planning, implementation, and measurement of our programs and ensuring an exceptional participant experience.Work cross-functionally with the sales enablement team as well as the key stakeholders in each region to design and deliver onboarding and training solutions that are more standardized.  Build and deploy an offering for experienced sales professionals as well as sales leaders. Design and deploy learning journeys for more advanced skills development while leveraging in-house subject matter experts to co-design and facilitate.Establish and maintain a network of productive business relationships in order to understand needs and to offer advice and strategic guidance to internal and external partners.

Proactively manage a network of external partners and external providers to deliver on targeted initiatives.Propose dynamic solutions adapted to the reality of today's employees and leaders.

Guide their development and ensure effective and efficient deployment.Monitor performance, particularly in terms of the application of learning upon return to work, identifying barriers, guiding program and sustainment solutions.Contribute to the development of the practice by staying current on the latest trends and approaches to learning and development and organizational development.Coach and lead more junior resources as needed.WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources, Learning, and or a related field, or equivalent work experience.

Master’s degree considered an asset.
