Your role will be focused on strengthening the organization's capabilities to advocate its initiatives and acquire resources to sustain its mission.Addis Ababa, being the national capital, is Ethiopia's main economic, political, and administrative center.

Review and revise the organization's guidelines for resourcemobilization and create a strategy and framework for its implementation.
Establish a team for resourcemobilization and knowledge management, and provide technical support to the team by offering training, mentoring, and coaching.
Coordinate the planning and execution of resourcemobilization events on both national and international scales.
Develop project concept notes and proposals and respond promptly to the donor/s.
Identify potential partners/donors, facilitate communication, and establish partnerships.
Essential Requirements:
Degree in Economics, fundraising, international development, business administration/management, social science, public healthEssential Background:
