Patient care You will, in collaboration with the interprofessional team, be responsible for comprehensive assessment, care planning, patient education and discharge planning to support the continuity of care throughout the patient’s stay on Acute Medicine/Cardiology Unit.
You will play a critical role in the coordination and development of interprofessional plans of care, which reflect patient needs.

Qualifications Current Certificate of Registration with the College of Nurses in good standing.
Current BCLS certification required.
Completion of an accredited college Coronary Care 1 program or proof of demonstrated current enrollment or equivalent required.
In the absence of the Coronary Care 1 certificate upon time of hire, must complete Coronary Care 1 within 3 months of hire.•RNAO membership is preferred.
