About the role:

As a Manager, Regional Sales AMER, you'll be leading a team of outbound Account Executives & Sales Development Representatives to meet and exceed expectations of sales activities and goals, while delivering a valuable experience for our new prospective customers.

You'll be responsible for ensuring that your teams' new customer acquisition targets are always front and center and that our established sales process is executed, refined and improved on.

This role reports to the Global Vice President of Sales.

What your day to day will look like:

Lead a team of SDRs and AEs to hit their monthly targets, including team meetings, 1:

1s, performance management, call coaching and learning and development sessions Coach the team to execute the playbook, using reports to identify gaps and actionable insights Provide data driven insights for sales leadership into performance results and recommendations for how to make improvements Deliver accurate forecasts for where results will land in the month Uplevel the team and company by identifying areas of improvement and driving forward key initiatives Assist in recruiting, interviewing, hiring and onboarding new team members Attend and speak at live and virtual events as needed Work with industry partners and associations as needed Deliver performance reviews to help your team understand where they are doing well and where they need to improve Bring company values to life by leading from the front Qualifications What you need to succeed:

You are a data driven and process oriented leader, and equally important you are a great communicator and coach.

You triple check with your team that expectations are clear and that they feel comfortable with the process to meet and exceed expectations.

You are comfortable having crucial conversations and delivering tough feedback, coming from a place of valuing your team's development.

At the same time you are an amazing listener, ensuring that your team feels heard and understood.

And when the decisions go against the team's preference, you are exceptional at helping them understand the why and committing to the path forward.

You have a track record of excellent sales process execution.

From cold call to discovery, to demo to close, you're a pro.

The team will be thrilled to learn from your experience and expertise.

You are able to collaborate cross functionally to ensure key initiatives are on track, providing constructive feedback that helps everyone improve.

Using data and evidence from calls, you can clearly communicate the performance of your team, the areas of opportunity, and what action you are taking to help them make improvements You understand that the best use of your time to coach your team is listening to calls and providing call reviews You are ready to jump in and make calls with them team if needed.
