· Modify standard parts, create custom designed components and structures to suit project design requirements.
· Create and manage complete project layouts for design and instruction packages for installation purposes.
· Create shop drawings for internal and external manufacturing.
· Work independently and within a small team to analyze designs, assess risks, troubleshoot issues, and support building construction.
· Liaison with customers, third party engineers, contractors, and internal teams to obtain information, design details to create, manage and meet project timelines.
· Maintain and update critical project elements such as bills of materials, change orders, project drawings and installation instructions.
· Maintain proper filing and revision control systems to ensure all information (electronic or hard copy) is properly stored and easily retrieved.
· Occasional travel to site (North America and International), when required, to meet clients and associates, pre and post building design and construction.
What You'll Need to Be Successful:
· 5-10 years’ experience in project design, coordination, and management · Engineering degree/diploma or equivalent in Architectural, Mechanical, Construction or Structural Engineering or similar ML6 Search + TalentAdvisory BrantfordOntario
