Handles all inbound/outbound calls with the PlayerServices Call Centre.
-Manages booking procedures for concerts/hotel/premium events.
-Opens and maintains new player accounts, player profiles, issue players cards for patrons, educate players on benefits of Player Passport card.
-Screens player ratings to provide information on complimentaries to players.
-Performs inventory control of all promotional materials.
-Handles customer concerns or complaints for immediate solution.
-Provides for superior customer service and promotes excellent employee relations with co-worker.
-May be required to greet buses and give presentations to tour and travel groups.
-Work box office for ticket sales and complementary redemption as required.
What You Bring -Previous customer service experience is preferred.
-Computer skills required, knowledge of Microsoft, Access and Excel.
-Able to organize and prioritize.
-Available to work all shifts, including overnight or swing.
