Develop and implement strategies around improving the financial performance of the plant Analyze and report on the plant's daily, monthly and annual KPI's and industry trends Collaborate with the leadership team on developing and implementing a roadmap to deliver on a 10-year growth plan (strategy and execution) Budget preparation and monitoring of P&L Implementation and achievement of performance targets (Operational Budgets) Work with Business Development to define the companys brand, actively manage sales pipeline to ensure rateable revenue, implementation of quoting/order entry processes, and developing a clear understanding of customer value that the business delivers to Define/implement required processes such that the business runs effectively (process vs effort) Manage customer experience to exceed expectations (Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Value) Handle customer enquiries/complaints escalated from Business Development/Service Teams Work with the team to shift the way of working to being more process focused Identify, develop, and coach high potential employees to deliver area results QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s Degree in a business technical field 10 years’ management experience in manufacturing with proven leadership abilities Ablility to identify key issues; creatively and strategically overcome internal challenges or obstacles, ensure all employees adhere to company policies and procedures Knowledge of contracting, negotiating, and change management Sound analytical thinking, planning, prioritization, and execution skills Experience leading a team through a lean or operational excellence transformation Advanced proficiency with ERP, accounting software, spreadsheet programs and applications Continuous improvement mindset with strong product/project management skills A well-defined sense of diplomacy, including negotiation, conflict resolution, and people management Strong collaboration and influencing skills; ability to coach others for success Willingness to work a flexible schedule Confidential LondonOntario
