This highly efficient support in the backoffice will entail conducting in-depth analyses to facilitate policy presentations to clients on behalf of the Company, ensuring a seamless, positive and informed client experience.Key Accountabilities Reviewing and preparing renewal packages, new business, endorsements, cancellations and reinstatements.Informing the Broker on file (CSR) of any changes, recommendations and premium increases.Recommending cross selling and upselling.Correcting endorsements to Broker on file.Providing support for any other traditional requirements as allocated.
Key Qualifications/Attributes 2+ years of experience in the insurance industry in a Broker environment.Experience managing high priority, high networth group of clients.Ability to manage a high volume and multiple tasks.Exceptional communication, both written and verbal.Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to work well with internal and external stakeholders.Effective listening skills and efficient organization.Highly detail oriented with attention to detail.Collaborative team player who is highly professional and self-aware.Experience using VIP markets and standard markets.Computer literate with ability to learn new systems quickly, experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook as well as EPIC and ARS.
