?Verifying loan documents including income credit appraisal and title insurance.
?Collecting required documentation, review file documentation, and make sure all items needed are requested.
?Ensuring that all loan documentation is complete, accurate, and complies with company policy.
?Establishing, maintaining, and updating files, databases, records, and other documents for recurring internal reports.
?Acting as a liaison between the borrower, underwriter, loan originator and lender.
?Contacting and communicate with clients by telephone, e-mail, or in-person ?Preparing statement and send to notary and solicitor, reporting ?Starting out specifically with reporting (e.g., someone asks for a statement regarding how much is left on their mortgage.
The contractor would have to create the document) ?Sending mortgage documents to be notarized once fully paid off Qualifications ?Bilingual (English / French) – fluent written and verbal ?Tech Savvy (able to learn internal applications) ?Office suite (0-2 years) experience is required ?Strong communication skills ?Customer service 2 years experience ?Attention to detail is most important ?Previous banking experience ?Critical thinking and problem-solving skills ?Data entry experience ?Exceptional customer service skills in order to deal effectively with internal and external parties ?Provide subject matter expertise for internal and external parties ?Work closely in a team environment in order to meet individual and team driven benchmarks and service level agreements ?Utilize existing data entry skills ensuring speed and accuracy are balanced out ?Must be able to communicate effectively and professionally (verbal and written) ?Demonstrate excellent time management skills ?Ability to make decisions in order to mitigate loss ?Ability to work well under pressure and tight timelines Nice to Haves:
