As a volunteer, you will support Junior Achievement in building its capacity to become a robust, sustainable NGO through enhanced monitoring and evaluation systems which will in turn increase its impact on the community and the young people they serve.As a volunteer, you will:
Conduct a needs assessment of current M&E systems in place for programming Lead in developing M&E documents for tracking program impact and beneficiaries Training of staff in the use of M&E tools Essential Requirements:
