This role will provide YOU the opportunity to learn about marketing and participate in key activities to progress your career; these responsibilities include, but not limited to the following…Brand Marketing Support:
Support the execution of key brand marketing priorities by managing internal claims approvals in Veeva and assisting in other tasks as needed.Marketing Material Development:
Support the development of unbranded and branded marketing tools.Omni-Channel Campaign:
Support the development and execution of omni-channel emails to enhance brand strategy.Vendor Management:
Manage communications and relationships with vendors (e.g.
creative agency) to advance and deliver projects in proposed deadlines.Conference Management:
Lead conference sponsorship process with third-party organizations and internal partnersBasic Qualifications:
University degreeThis role requires a good understanding of marketing principles as well as scientific and medical informationReliability and punctuality (high level of professionalism)Effective time management skills.
Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and responsibilities of increasing scope and complexityExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong interpersonal skillsStrong planning & organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently and effectively in a dynamic environmentAbility to identify problems early and seek innovative solutionsProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint & Word)Preferred Qualifications:
