Lawyaw's LegalContent team works closely with Lawyaw's Product and Customer Success teams to design, create, and publish legal document automation workflows for legal forms and templates.
The LegalContent team produces content for courts in all fifty U.S.
states as well as an increasing number of international courts and jurisdictions.

What you'll work on:
Implementing best practices for organizing, categorizing, and updating a constantly fluctuating digital library containing tens of thousands of publicly sourced court forms.
Continuing to expand Lawyaw's and Clio's legalcontent footprint across the United States, Canada, and other international jurisdictions through strategic additions and updates to Lawyaw's library of legal forms and templates.
Working closely with external vendors, partners, and contractors to meet team goals.
Applying machine learning and other AI technologies to replace manual form editing.
Initiating and maintaining productive and professional communications with Lawyaw customers about their practice needs and form preferences to develop meaningful customer relationships.
Developing and maintaining expert skill-levels with the Lawyaw platform, all of Lawyaw's tools, and Lawyaw's integration with other Clio products.
Practicing responsible ownership and stewardship of assigned projects, including efficient budgeting of time and documentation of processes.
Advocating internally for our customers by understanding their needs, nuances, and root causes of their problems.
Breaking down complex projects into smaller, more manageable pieces.
Leveraging metrics to drive form market priorities and measure product success.
Developing and maintaining quality standards across content libraries to ensure a consistent and frustration-free customer experience.
Building a network of courthouse contacts across all supported courts.
What you may have:
3+ years of legal experience and/or training at a paralegal or higher level; Technical aptitude with ability and desire to learn new technologies; A strong understanding of cloud-based legal technologies and a demonstrated understanding of the legal industry and the needs of legal professionals; Self-motivated and flexible with experience in a fast-paced environment, including managing multiple projects and competing priorities; Able to work successfully in a collaborative or team environment; Well-organized, reliable, and resourceful; Excellent communication skills; Strong and demonstrable logical reasoning and analytical thinking abilities; Humility plus strong opinions that are loosely held; Genuine empathy, strong interpersonal skills and ability to make customers feel appreciated and valued; Adaptable:
willing to adopt new procedures, methods, or softwares on short notice; Experience we prefer:
Juris Doctor or equivalent degree from an accredited law school.
Previous experience automating legal documents (using any available software).

$67,100 - $108,600 CAD This role has a separate set of US region-specific salary ranges.

Our salary bands are designed to reflect the range of skills and experience needed for the position and to allow room for growth at Clio.
For experienced individuals, we typically hire at or around the midpoint of the band.
The top portion of the salary band is reserved for employees who demonstrate sustained high performance and impact at Clio.
Those who are new to the role may join below the midpoint and develop their skills over time.
The final offer amount for this role will be dependent on geographical region, applicable experience, and skillset of the candidate.
