This position requires the candidate to be versatile in a fast-paced environment and have the ability to easily execute the multi aspects of all administrative duties shared across the documentation and customer service departments.More specifically, the scope of your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Being passionate about supporting and playing an integral role in the company’s growth Acting and behaving in alignment with the best interest of the customer, the contract, and StrideCapital Reviewing leasing instructions and required leasingdocumentation for accuracy, enforceability, regulatory and policy compliance.
Ensuring for accurately generating leasingdocumentation, booking, funding, and filing maintenance of leases in a timely and efficient manner, within required error limits.
Communicating with internal and external customers/clients to respond to inquiries, resolve problems, minor discrepancies, and obtain additional documentation requirements needed to complete the lease file in a timely manner.
Adhering to all applicable laws and regulations governing leasing operations and documentation, ensuring compliance with Servus / Stride’s policies and procedures.
Ability to work directly with sales staff, customer service, portfolio management and clients on any post funding lease amendments.
Requirements BA/BS in Business Administration or Finance is an asset.
Experience in interpreting key financial information and assessing the potential impact on the borrower and interpreting credit summaries.
Effective analytical and research skills, with excellent attention to detail and a strong focus on accuracy.
Detail oriented with strong organizational, problem-solving, data review and time management skills; with the ability to manage multiple assignments and reporting requests.
Ensuring that priorities are set, with the ability to meet multiple and sometimes competing deadlines.
Highly developed proficiencies in the Microsoft Office Suite of products Aspire and LeasePlus familiarity Capable of retrieving of data, with the ability to adapt to and learn new products and technologies quickly.
Experience:
Proven organizational skills with the ability to prioritize work and effectively work on multiple tasks in a fast paced, demanding environment.
Excellent organizational, prioritization and time management skills.
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
Being attentive, strong listening skills, and able to follow instructions and open to feedback.
Strong attention to detail Although not required, the following experience and education/certifications are valuable assets:
Heavy equipment, transportation, energy services or construction equipment knowledge CLEO (CFLA) is an asset.
Working knowledge of financial services leasing systems and documentation applications.
