The successful candidate will be the IT teams Asset Manager managing our inventory and replenishing it as needed.

Manage asset shipments both domestic and international Coordinating the asset management lifecycle for IT devices Conducting and maintaining full IT device management inventory for the entire asset management lifecycle Validating and maintaining a full list of device inventory Management of the IT asset database including identification of missing, retired, and reallocated assets Liaise with end users and internal departments on asset management related activities Maintaining on site inventory and coordinating with IT vendors to replenish stock as needed Conducting onsite IT audits in local and remote locations, including possible travel outside of Canada Supporting the IT team in obtaining product quotes and maintaining current price lists Reviewing quotations with stake holders ensuring accurate purchasing Confirming purchase quantities and pricing with vendors Monitoring progress of delivery schedules Preparing and Decommissioning Laptops What we're looking for:
1 - 3+ years experience in an office administration, procurement or asset management role Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite Experience purchasing in a business environment Experience managing IT assets Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong problem-solving skills Bonus:
Experience in a technical role Experience with Jira Service Desk Solid skills at playing Quake III About Achievers:
