The person will be responsible for carrying out a variety of tasks including Project coordination, Repair Coordination, Inventory Sourcing and Analysis, Technical Research, Part Kitting as well as a variety of Administrative Tasks.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Engineering Projects Facilitate the progression and completion of various technical projects.Analyze and synthesize complex information to establish project scope and deliverables.Initiate and facilitate aircraft related projects such as part obsolescence, repair capability, part inventory.Construct and administer fleet management and part procurement plans.Participate in cross-departmental projects as necessary.
Aircraft and Component part research Research aircraft, engine, and component technical documents.Research inventory levels and technical supply network.Assess historical usage rates and predict future inventory requirements.Create aircraft part technical descriptions.
Technical Sales Support Collect information amongst various suppliers and stakeholders.Analyze technical information.Assist in development of repair capabilities.Support technical sales efforts.
Repair Coordination Assist purchasing coordinator in the sourcing or parts.Create Incoming Inspection and Tear-Down reports for customers.Research parts required and alternatives.Issue inventory parts to repair work.
Aircraft Part Kitting Coordinate activities related to customer kit deliveries.Prepare and package kits.Collect required documentation such as Certificates of Conformance, Safety Data Sheets.Correspond directly with the end customer on issues relating to kits.Perform quality checks of kits to ensure accuracy and completeness Customer Support Assist in the preparation of quotations.Assist in correspondence with various customers.Provide reports to customers Administration Ad hoc administrative tasks and special projects as required Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
Completion of 3rd year engineering programProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including MS ProjectExperience with AutoCAD, Solid Works, MatLabBilingual (French & English) an assetAbility to work on projects with an innovative scopeAble to obtain a positive Security Clearance from the Canadian GovernmentAbility to work independently and within a fast-paced and changing environmentAbility to work with multiple prioritiesWillingness and resourcefulness to roll up your sleeves to get the job doneValid passport requiredDemonstrates strong and visible support of our values Physical Requirements:
Ability to pack and unpack aircraft parts Working Conditions:

Security Clearance Requirements/ CGP / ITAR:
