Plan, schedule, and manage project timelines, dependencies, and milestones through the use of a project plan.
Maintain communication with clients, stakeholders, and senior management on relevant project updates.
Proactively manage project risks, including the identification of mitigation strategies.
Identify, assemble and coordinate project resources in a timely manner.
Facilitate meetings, design workshops, testing activities, and post go live support, keeping a keen eye on quality.
Prepare and manage the project budget and project charters.
Build and maintain strong relationships with Tech Support, Sales, and Management teams in order to provide the best service to clients.
Must Haves:
Bachelors’ Degree in Project Management or Business Management 1-2+ years proven experience in a project management role focused on system implementation.
Comfort working non-standard hours (evenings, weekends) as needed.
Excellent risk-management and problem solving skills.
Proficient in the use of MS Project.
Ability to deploy various project management tools (Asana and Notion) and software applications to proactively track, monitor and control project deliverables.
