 Work closely with the Senior Manager to implement acquisition and retention strategies using digital tactics to create a best-in-class third-party fundraising experience to grow the supporter base and revenueSupports the development, implementation and optimization of the independent fundraising email marketing and lead generation advertising plan.Liaise with internal and external partners to execute digital campaigns and optimize independent fundraising digital platforms.Manage IF and Sports Alliance activity calendar for Digital properties, social media posts.Support business requirements and documentation for site creation for IF events.Support email communication strategy for donor and participant journeys.Initiate, test, and manage innovative approaches to fundraise digitally.Monitors and optimizes Salesforce Dashboards and continually identifies and actions discrepancies with dataResponsible for revenue tracking and invoice processingMonitor industry trends and best practices to drive a digital transformation cultureContribute to our culture of justice, belonging, equity, diversity, and inclusion by ensuring that all staff feel represented and heard regardless of their gender, age, religion, ethnicity, and nationality or race. Other duties as assigned.QUALIFICATIONS:

Post-secondary diploma/degree required, in a related field (preferably Marketing or Fundraising) with three or more years executing community-based fundraising strategies or events.Strong experience in digital tactics including email, digital advertising and donor journey development.Superior verbal and written communication skills and highly developed interpersonal skills.Strong organizational, project management and analytical skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
