The duties will include the following tasks:
Perform room set-ups and take downs for variety of functions at the ClubReceive and pick up deliveries for all departments and allocate them to appropriate designationsAssist maintenance, janitorial, and laundry staff as requiredProvide exceptional standard of service to Members and Staff by responding to radio requests promptly (i.e.
unlocking doors, picking up deliveries, spot clean up, etc.)Other related duties and tasks as assigned by ManagementRequirements & QualificationsMust be able to lift and carry heavy objects, walk long distances over the day and stand for long periods of timeMust be able to work from indoor to outdoor environments and take directions from multiple sourcesStrong ability to work independently as well as be a key team playerDemonstrated judgement and initiative in making decisions within established guidelines as requiredPrevious training in the Hospitality industry and/or work experience within a hotel or recreation setting preferred The ArbutusClub VancouverBritishColumbia
