Your primary responsibility will be to devise and execute digital strategies to generate and nurture leads, resulting in measurable business growth.
You will work collaboratively with the rest of the marketing team, using your expertise to optimize the lead generation funnel, drive high-converting leads to our sales team, report on performance and suggest optimizations.Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation Strategy:
Develop and execute lead generation strategies, incorporating various online channels, including but not limited to paid advertising, SEO, content marketing, social media, email marketing and landing pages.Lead Nurturing:
Collaborating with cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, etc.) to implement lead nurturing campaigns, drive segmentation, engage and educate leads throughout their journey, moving them closer to conversion.Marketing Automation:
Utilize marketing automation tools to run and test campaigns (segmented emails, behavior-based campaigns, etc.)CRM Management:
Maintain and update our CRM system (in Salesforce), build customer journeys and ensure efficient lead tracking and follow-up.Data Analysis:
Analyze and interpret data from various marketing channels to identify opportunities for lead generation and conversion rate optimization, and maintain a master marketing dashboard of these analytics.A/B Testing:
Continuously optimize lead generation processes through A/B testing, experimenting with different lead magnets, CTAs, and landing pages.Collaboration:
Work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless lead handoff and alignment between marketing and sales efforts.Reporting and Analysis:
Regularly report on the performance of lead generation efforts and use data to make informed decisions and adjustments.Qualifications:
Proven experience in digital marketing and lead generation.Proficiency in using marketing automation and Salesforce CRM software (Pardot, now Account Engagement)Experience in managing and optimizing paid ads campaigns and creative (Google Ads, Google Search, social ads, and other paid digital activities). Ability to implement tracking (Google Tag Manager), manage Google analytics and related Google apps.Strong data analysis skills and the ability to derive insights from marketing metrics.Knowledge of SEO and SEM best practices,Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to think outside the box.Knowledge of overall digital marketing trendsPreferred Skills:
Experience in B2B lead generation.International digital marketing experience (running campaigns, designing landing pages etc for multiple regions and languages) - i.e.
