This individual would be responsible for:
1.
Growing the business Providing excellent service to existing customers.
Proactively identifying and pursuing new opportunities.
This includes customer outreach, estimating, and marketing, among other business development activities.
Developing new products that leverage the company’s expertise within existing and new markets.

Providing overall leadership and general management Ensure the strong & positive culture centered around trust, delivering quality and efficiency continues.

Strategic planning & financial oversight Thinking ahead on how the business succeeds not only today, but well into the future and can plan & act accordingly.

Have a strong business sense and foundation – This includes the ability to understand financial statements, budgeting and making business decisions based on thoughtful analysis.
Technically inclined – This person must be experienced in using standard business software (i.e.
Microsoft Office) and mechanically/technically inclined.
Experience using AutoCAD or an engineering background is a further asset.
Have demonstrated success in prior roles – We are seeking an individual who has demonstrated success in leading a team in addition to having built or accomplished something impressive in their career to date.

This is an onsite position in the Tri-City area (KW/Cambridge/Guelph).
Select travel will be required.
