As a FullStackWebsiteDeveloper, your primary responsibility is the design, construction, and maintenance of three (3) websites - Siennaliving.ca, Aspiralife.ca and Sienna Careers Website, which all operate under our brand.
You will play a crucial role in ensuring an optimal online experience for our users and contributing to the overall success of our digital presence.
Writing efficient, testable codes with optimal software development practices.Providing user-centric design materials, wireframes, sitemaps and updating web content.Evaluating website's performance and trouble-shooting technical issues on a regular basis.
Collaborating closely with IT to establish protective measures against security breach.Partnering with external agencies to improvise UX - design, SEO, overall website-health.Integrating data from various back-end services and databases.Understanding accessibility and maintain all web content compliance with AODA standard.Implementing responsive and user-friendly interfaces to enhance the overall user experience.
What you need to know:
Minimum 3-4 years of relevant work experience designing, developing & maintaining websites Computer fluency in both Mac and PCIn-depth knowledge of markup and web languages like HTML, CSS and JavaScript used at front-end, as well as programming and scripting languages like Python, Java and PHP used at back-end.Aggressive problem diagnosis and creative problem solving skills for diverse issues around SEO, user-accessibility, website security & backup, along with database management.Solid understanding of how web applications work including security, session management, and best development practicesAdequate knowledge of relational database systems, object oriented programming and web application developmentHands-on experience with network diagnostics & network analytics toolsStrong organizational skills to juggle multiple tasks within the constraints of timelines and budgets with business acumenAbility to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment, learn rapidly and master diverse web technologies and techniques.
