30pm Mon-Fri Responsibilities -Coordinate and deliver college events on time and within budget, ensuring they meet expectations.

-Set, communicate, and maintain timelines and priorities for each event.

-Source activities, entertainment, and vendors as needed; manage relationships throughout the planning and execution process.

-Build and maintain effective relationships with internal divisions, event organizers, vendors, and suppliers.

-Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders, including security.

-Source venues and contractors, obtain quotes, and conduct site visits.

-Book and decorate venues according to event requirements.

-Plan and manage project budgets from start to finish.

-Ensure excellent customer service and quality delivery for all events.

-Coordinate catering and additional supplies as necessary.

Qualifications -Minimum 10 years of experience in events coordination and event planning, -A background working in educational institutions is considered an asset -Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

-Positive, can-do attitude with personal accountability and a strong work ethic.

-Professional demeanor with the ability to interact effectively with vendors and clients.

-Skilled in strategic sourcing and negotiations.

-Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

-Exceptional multitasking and organizational skills.

-Valid Ontario Driver’s License and car is considered an asset.
