And if that’s you we would love to have you join us!Job DescriptionThe Technical Consultant, Associate is an internal technical resource who engages with sales, specialty sellers and acts as a liaison to other domain experts and delivery organizations to lead delivery engagements and better understand scope requirements.
You will be a Pre-Sales subject matter expert for the sales organization, and Business Units.
You will lead scoping and labor estimates of related products and comprehensive delivery offerings from RA products RA services, partners, and competitors in designated focus areas.
Important skills include being collaborative in nature, organized with conducting the flow of knowledge between teams and able to assimilate technical concepts quickly to assess and architect the SOW during the sales process.
Project Management / coordination experience an important advantage in additional to the required technical skillset.You will have the ability to:
Conduct early sales cycle demonstrations of RA cybertechnology platforms.Explain best practices and example architectures for CTO standard implementation and adoption of RA cybertechnology.
And will have proficiencies in one (1) or more of the following domains:
Deep understanding of Claroty CTD & SRA, Verve Industrial Protection, Dragos, Crowdstrike, Fortinet, Nozomi, Palo Alto and/or other similar platforms required.OT (Operational Technology) Cybersecurity with Industrial Control SystemsDMZ/IDMZ (Industrial Demilitarized Zone) - Zones and Conduits & Network SegmentationThreat detection, Anomaly detection & Vulnerability managementAnti-Virus/Endpoint Protection, URL Filtering, Technology Whitelisting, Whitelisting USB / Malware, EDRUnderstand backup solutions – Compensating controlsInternal/External infrastructure penetration testingAPT (Advanced Persistent Threat Activity)GRC (Governance, Risk, Compliance)Hardening Servers and Clients (OT Servers, HMI Clients, ICS)ISO27001, ISO31000, ISO22317, ISO22301NIST, IEC 62443-2-4, IEC 62443-3-2, NERCManaged Services:

Demonstrate knowledge of product capabilities and environment, able to navigate demo environment live with customers.Knowledge of the industry strategies, familiarity with outcome-based selling.Understand the business drivers and KPI's of the customer.Work with Sales, Consultants and Specialists to assess and respond to IT/OT, engineering, consulting, project and support services opportunities.Support sellers in conversations about RockwellAutomations.
