• Research and analyze data to address operational challenges and enhance customer service.

• Proactively contribute to the identification and resolution of quality enhancements.

• Monitor projects, ensure customer compliance, and facilitate new customer onboarding.

Requirements:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Windows-based applications • High school diploma or equivalent • Previous experience in 3PL industry with a focus on customer service • Proficient in WMS (Warehouse Management System) • TECSYS experience is considered an asset.
