The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of brand development, with a keen focus on crafting compelling creative that consistently drives performance metrics.

This role is perfect for a motivated individual who thrives in a dynamic environment, excels in creating high-performing copy, and adeptly develops creative assets for various digital platforms.

  Responsibilities:

?Collaborate with the VP of Marketing to develop creative strategies that enhance brand awareness, drive customer loyalty, and boost lead generation.

?Oversee the design and content creation for all marketing initiatives, with a focus on performance marketing, lead generation, and conversion rate optimization.

?Implement rigorous A/B testing methodologies for copy, offers, and design to drive performance and improve results.

? Write persuasive radio ads and develop effective online offers, incorporating A/B testing to optimize performance.

?Ensure consistency of brand identity, look, feel, and brand promise across all locations and platforms, aligning with our performance goals.

?Oversee the creative aspects of our websites, emails, and social media channels, ensuring a cohesive visual narrative that drives performance.

?Traffic radio and TV creative to media partners in a timely and efficient manner.

?Lead, mentor, and provide feedback to creative team members, fostering skills development and a performance-driven mindset.

?Collaborate with marketing and sales departments to brainstorm innovative ideas to enhance brand awareness, drive sales, and boost lead generation.

?Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies, incorporating this knowledge into creative strategies with a focus on performance marketing.

    Requirements:

?Proven experience in a similar role or a related field with a strong focus on lead generation, performance marketing, and A/B testing.

?Degree in Design, Fine Arts, Marketing, or related field.

?Proficiency in design software like Adobe Creative Suite.

?Strong understanding of brand development and multichannel marketing concepts.

?Proven ability to write high-performing copy and design conversion-optimized creative assets.

?Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English & French.

?Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a creative team.

?Excellent problem-solving skills, strategic thinking, and a data-driven approach.

? Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

? Ability to work collaboratively in virtual/remote settings.

?Flexibility in workday schedule is a must.

? Bilingualism is required in English & French.

  Work Environment:

This role may require availability outside of traditional office hours to meet project deadlines or to collaborate with team members in different time zones.
