Key Areas of Responsibility:
Project management – oversight of successful end-to-end program delivery, including content development, logistical planning, sales and marketing, and flawless execution on-site Relationship and logistical management of executive-level Steering Committees Professional representation of the brand in all aspects of interaction (in-person, phone/ video, and written) with clients, colleagues, and partners Collaboration with team members to ensure program success Management of program related expenses to ensure budget expectations are met Identification of opportunities for future program development Requirements:
5 – 7 years in a professional events/project management role with an emphasis on excellent customer experience & fostering strong client relationships Agility, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and resilience in varying scenarios High-touch, solutions-oriented ethos Domestic and international travel Experience in a management role is a benefit Experience in marketing, business development and/or hospitality is an asset Interested applicants are asked to apply online.
