The Firm is looking to add a Senior Lawyer to its team.
He/she will be responsible for handling a broad range of commercialrealestate transactions, reviewing, drafting and negotiating a variety of transaction-related agreements and documents, and providing sound legal judgment in seeing the transaction through to completion.
This position will be based in Downtown Toronto.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years of experience in a commercialrealestate practice gained from a well-respected firm or corporation.
You will have extensive experience working on commercialrealestate transactions, including financings.
Any experience with property/land development and/or expropriations matters would be an asset.
Excellent interpersonal, legal and technical expertise is essential.
You will not be required to have a book of business, but should have an entrepreneurial mindset and be keen to develop and maintain strong client relationships.
