POSITION SUMMARY:
Chicken Pit Operator at the Hickson, Ontario processing plant .
The successful candidate will be required to work Afternoon shift 3:
00 PM to 11:
00 PM Monday to Friday.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Offloading inbound raw material loads Maintain operating level in the raw material bins Ability to drive and operate trucks and tractor trailers in the yard Communicate with other departments Complete all housekeeping duties Inspect raw material for quality and foreign materials Switching finished product trailers as required Complete daily paperwork Other duties as assigned by management Work overtime as needed/required EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS:
Valid AZ license is preferred but not essential Able to operate heavy equipment Able to clearly communicate both verbally and written English Able to maintain a clean work area REQUIREMENTS:
Previous experience shunt truck tractor trailer experience Must have the ability to lift, push and pull between 50+ pounds Bending, twisting, pushing/pulling, leaning, climbing, extended hours of walking and/or standing WE OFFER:
