Summary of Your Impactful Contribution:
Create Purchase Orders for inventory and MRO items from requisition.
Arrange direct drop shipments to customers from vendors as required by Service department.
Get order confirmations and expedite to ensure on time in full delivery.
Coordinate with operations/production departments to ensure production/purchasing plans are in alignment.
Resolve receiving, quality & invoice discrepancy issues with Receiving/Accounts Payable/Production.
Review planning parameters and make changes to improve material flow and inventory levels.
Source non-stock and new products and ensure best price and delivery method for all sourced products.
Perform end to end service contract management.
Prepare periodic purchasing, inventory and project report.
Who Are We Looking For? Bachelor’s degree preferred; Minimum 2 year college diploma.
More than 5 years of experience in similar role preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Able to communicate professionally and effectively at all levels of the organization.
Excellent internal customer service skill Proficiency in MS Excel and working knowledge of MS Word, Power Point and Outlook Strong attention to detail, problem solving, analytical, organizational and time management skills.
Strong interpersonal, listening, verbal and written communication skills.
SAP or other ERP experience preferred.
