The successful candidate will be reporting to the BusinessEnabling Manager and actively supporting the Operations team to ensure initiatives and regular business tasks are completed accurately and on a timely manner.
Key responsibilities include:
Support regular regression testing of Dealer and Customer Facing systems.Quality assurance of Sales Bulletin programs prior to publishing; including creating/updating Sales Program and checking for accuracy.Support KPI and ad-hoc Operations reporting to local management and central functions.Manage and update the Operations pages for the Associate Intranet.Support preparation of PowerPoint presentation.Support ad hoc analysis and updating/creating management reports.Support Operations related projects as needed.This position may take on additional duties and responsibilities, should the need arise.Qualifications:
Enrolled in or completed a post-secondary degree or diploma with a focus on businessExperience in Agile methodology including knowledge of Atlassian products (JIRA, Confluence, Xray) would be an assetStrong interpersonal and organizational skillsWell-developed oral and written communications skillsStrong knowledge in MS Office - PowerPoint and intermediate level Excel.Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlinesAbility to work both independently and as a member of a teamAbility to thrive in a fast-paced work environmentBenefits of working at BMW Group Canada include:
