Oversees scheduling to ensure C.R.E.W.
members meets expected business levels -Conducts daily inspection for quality of the cleaning and maintenance of all areas and equipment ensuring adherence to regulations, standards and policies -Monitors daily operations to ensure compliance with regulations and internal standards, policies and procedures.
Reviews and makes recommendations for changes or creation of policies or procedures as required -Promotes and models the highest level of customer service, ensuring that C.R.E.W.
members deliver a maximum level of service and customer satisfaction is achieved and maintained.
Works quickly to resolve customer complaints -Monitors daily operations to ensure compliance with regulations and internal standards, policies and procedures.
Reviews and makes recommendations for changes or creation of policies or procedures as required -Supervises C.R.E.W.
members and manages the performance of individuals through ongoing coaching, feedback and development to motivate, engage and drive a high performing team -Control all Liquor, wine and beer inventories, purchasing and storage -Plan, schedule, organize varied types of Banquet functions from Plated Galas, Buffets, Corporate luncheons, group Coffee breaks and business breakfasts etc.
-Plan, schedule and organize concessions and bar service for all events in the Entertainment center What You Bring -Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in a leadership position within the food and beverage industry.
-Banquet & beverage experience and product knowledge an asset.
-Knowledge and experience working with the Liquor License Act.
-Experience working in a unionized environment is an asset.
-Possess exceptional customer relations and communication skills.
-Proficient in Word and Excel coupled with good computer aptitude for scheduling and inventory systems.
-Able to work flexible hours including overnight, weekend and holiday shifts.
-Able to multi-task, prioritize and be well organized.
