Job Description AECOM is seeking a BIM Leader to support our Canada Region Digital Advisory within the WaterBusinessLine.
This role can be based out of any of our Greater Toronto Area offices:
Markham, Mississauga or Whitby.

Acting as the intermediary between designers, clients and architects so that projects remain efficient and effectiveEngaging with capture teams by providing BIM subject matter expertise on Enterprise Critical Pursuit.Assessing the current BIM state and maturity of digital and design on projectsDirect project support and production to assigned projects and create the drawings as required using the standards and content to meet the job requirementsWork with linear and vertical design team to develop BIM standards and specificationsWorking closely with BIM coordinators, who are responsible for producing project information models Ensuring that BIM execution plans are produced and maintained for each projectTraining or upskilling colleagues in specific software programsEnsuring staff have access to the tools and equipment they needDriving the implementation of digital information plans and strategiesWorking knowledge of ISO 19650 standards suite and related BIM standards Qualifications Minimum requirements :
Bachelor’s degree or engineering technologist diploma + 6 years of relevant experience or Technical Diploma + 8 years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education, including BIM leadership in the water and wastewater AEC spaceExecuting multi discipline design projects within BIM360 or Autodesk Construction Cloud.Extensive experience with Revit, Civil3D and/or Microstation.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Automated design using Dynamo, Orkestra and GrasshopperCritical thinking to identify issues, present solutions and follow through to ensure completion. AECOM MississaugaOntario
