What the day will look like Each day is unique in this role.
The daily work may look like any combination of the following tasks:
Request and analyze underwriting information; Lead by example and assist colleagues in delivering DAU (Delivering Aon United) to clients and prospects; Help in Delivering continuous excellence in servicing an existing portfolio of business; Collaborate with fellow Leaders across Canada to deliver the best of Aon to clients and prospects in need of Marine advisory service and solutions; Identifying specific client and prospect needs and developing innovative and cost effective solutions; Ensure procedures, internal client files and correspondence are in compliance with Aon audit standards; Coordinating / providing oversight to the account team and establish client service plans that prioritize the account activities and profitability in a value-based approach for the scope of services required; Participating in industry sponsored events and maximize opportunities to become involved with various industry committees.

Skills and experience that will lead to success Our ideal candidate with have some commercial risk experience, but it does not have to be solely Marine related.
They will have excellent communication and relationship-building skills with a broad range of audiences.
